1. Access and Intent
This website provides brokerage information, valuations, and general summaries of logistics routes for sale. The materials provided do not constitute binding financial, tax, or legal advice. All listings are subject to confirmation, carrier approval, and due diligence checks.
2. Vetting and Proof of Funds (POF)
Access to proprietary terminal information, FedEx/DHL route IDs, financial profit sheets, and fleet registrations is restricted. Users must submit a verifiable Proof of Funds (minimum liquid requirements vary by listing) and sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement before any confidential details are disclosed.
3. Accuracy of Listings
While Bipolar Bear Routes performs preliminary audits, all financials and operational metrics are provided by the business sellers. Buyers bear sole responsibility for conducting complete operational and accounting due diligence prior to signing final acquisition agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom components, imagery, text, and layout designs on this platform are owned by Bipolar Bear Routes. No contents may be copied or republished without written authorization.
5. Termination and Amendments
We reserve the right to restrict user access, deny intake requests, or alter site contents at any time. Changes to these terms take effect immediately upon update.
