NDA and Vetting Policy
Acquiring route logistics assets requires compliance with carrier security regulations. Learn about our verification protocol.
Mandatory Vetting Notice
No route parameters (including terminal numbers, specific dispatch stations, specific accounts, or fleet schedules) are shared until a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Proof of Funds (POF) are verified.1. Why We Require an NDA
Logistics and oilfield transport operations (Oilfield dedicated supply MSAs, FedEx Ground, FedEx Linehaul, and bread routes) operate under strict corporate non-disclosure agreements and carrier ISP contracts. Public exposure of route details, customer names, or terminal locations can impact driver retention, alert competitors, or breach commercial service agreements.
2. Proof of Funds (POF) Verification
To protect sellers' time and maintain transactional speed, we verify that all buyers possess sufficient liquid capital. Verification documents typically include bank letters, current balance screenshots, or pre-approval letters from qualified SBA lenders. Minimum liquid capital typically starts at $100,000.
3. Vetting Procedure
- Step 1: Intake - Submit the intake request through our Contact Page.
- Step 2: Document Request - Our brokerage coordinates sending the matching listing NDA forms to your email.
- Step 3: Verification - Once you return the signed NDA and POF documentation, our valuation team unlocks the detailed operational sheets.
